Marc Stigter PHD

Lifting Strategy - Lifting Culture - Lifting Leaders

Marc is an international strategist, award-winning author, and the founder of Lifting Impact. With experience spanning eight countries, he brings a global perspective having previously served as a Country Chair and other leadership roles for blue-chip firms. Marc holds a PhD from Lancaster University along with three master’s degrees, blending rigorous academic research with elite-level practice. A former Director at Melbourne Business School and Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Marc’s research-driven approach is captured in his acclaimed books published by Palgrave Macmillan and Bloomsbury. Co-authored with Sir Cary Cooper, his publications explore the critical intersections of Strategy, Culture, and Leadership.

Tom Mcatee

Lifting AI - Lifting Culture

Tom is a PhD candidate at Monash University, where his scholarship research explores the intersection of AI and organisational culture. Throughout his long-standing career as an HR executive within multinational organisations, his focus has been on lifting the impact of (global) HR and OD strategies. Recognised as a Life Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Tom has played a pivotal role in shaping workplace culture and HR strategy. He further contributed to the profession as a lecturer at Queensland University of Technology, where he modernised the HR Strategy curriculum to equip future leaders for contemporary challenges.

Eunsil Hwang

Lifting Strategy

Eunsil specialises in the strategic sensing of complex environments and strategic prioritisation within multi-stakeholder settings. Her experience spans commercial modelling for start-ups and, at the Australian Industry Group, advising SMEs and multinationals on strategy, including industry–government engagement, trade, and border regulation. She is passionate about lifting value by driving effectiveness and efficiency gains within multifaceted environments through rigorous data analysis, process optimisation, and data-driven decision making. Eunsil earned an MBA at Melbourne Business School.

Sir Cary Cooper

Sir Cary is a world-leading expert on organisational psychology, wellbeing, and culture. He is the 50th Anniversary Professor at ALLIANCE Manchester Business School. He has authored over 250 books and 450 articles, significantly shaping HR policies. Knighted and honoured worldwide with multiple lifetime achievement awards and honorary doctorates. Former President of the CIPD and British Academy of Management; advisor to UN agencies and founder of the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work. Sir Cary is the founding editor of several leading management and psychology journals.

With two decades of experience driving cultural and leadership transformation across ASX-listed companies, Jessica has a proven track record of increasing employee engagement and leadership capability. She excels at lifting impact not only at a People & Culture organisational level but also functionally through advanced HRIS implementations, data-driven workforce planning, and optimised talent management. Jessica’s expertise extends to designing award-winning diversity and inclusion strategies, notably earning the 2023 AMEC Diversity and Inclusion Award. Holding a Master of HR Management, a Graduate Diploma in Business Psychology, and AICD Company Directors Course, she combines deep technical HR proficiency with a dedicated focus on lifting human potential.
